Today's high temperature was 98, at 4:45. Needless to say, because of my need to avoid the sun, I was in the house for most of the day. Tonight the house feels much hotter than the outside so we moved the party! First, dinner on the patio,Followed by a walk to the library.
You see, Friday is a training night, I am supposed to run 15 - 20 minutes, but because of my bum knee I settled for walking. It felt good.
The sunset over the town center was really subtle this evening.The colors were beautiful. Next it was over to the boulevard for some serious spooning.
Mark was even convinced to do a little spooning.
Finally we found ourselves back at home and busy. Watering plants, cleaning the kitchen and trying to cool down. Tonight, Wait Until Dark with Audrey Hepburn is on the agenda. I guess we will leave till tomorrow what didn't get done today!
