A real farmer's market delight. Yesterday was the first time we had been at the farmer's market in a couple of weeks. We had missed it terribly! Tonight our dinner was a wonderful collection of flavors direct from the farmer's market!
There were...heirloom tomatoes,
sweet, white, Jersey corn...
button, crimini mushrooms sauteed with Vidalia onions and sweet peppers...
finally, grass fed filet mignon. Delicious meal!
