December Daily: Day 25

Christmas Day, 2012, it doesn't get much better than this.Opening presents, cooking breakfast and just chilling with the kiddos. We had a wonderful Christmas. I had such fun preparing for the holiday. My shopping was done early and I spent a lovely few days wrapping presents and watching old holiday shows. On Christmas morning I was relaxed and able to enjoy myself.There were so many presents under the tree and in the stockings. We really went overboard this year. For me, it was one of the most relaxed holidays I have ever spent and for that I am very grateful. The time we were able to spend together as a family was priceless. Wish it could happen more often.Unlike most, I will continue my December Daily through the end of the year. I am very happy that the format I chose this year allowed me to stay current without adding stress to my holiday. I know that in the future, it will be fun to look back and remember "what we did then".
