Here we are, Week 5, a day late and a dollar short. In a word. Yesterday was such a crazy day that I had absolutely no energy last night when I finally got home from the gym. I did manage 22.5 miles on the bike, so I did accomplish something!
Sunday, the Pro Bowl and a visit from Bunkey made for a very full day!
Monday I was at the gym with Mark to swim a bit and bike a bit. I love heading out to the gym with Mark, it feels good to know that we are both trying to stay fit and healthy. Tuesday, we ate the last of the cheese in the house. Now we buy just plant based foods and we are trying to eat more healthy. While we did put the last of the cheese on a pizza, it was whole wheat and loaded with vegetables! In addition to eating a more healthy diet and exercising, I am attempting to change my current sleeping pattern. I am trying to get up earlier and get to bed earlier. While I am not always so good about the going to bed part, the waking up part is always the hardest. The book on my nightstand is the first book of the year featuring my word, "magical."
The next photo is of the sky on Thursday outside of my school. I love the beautiful blue sky.
Friday night I took my stash out of the garage and tried to make space for it in my studio. Well, I did make some progress before the weekend was over and at least now I can walk in the family room.
Saturday Mark was engaged in a vegan cooking frenzy and me, I was up to my eyeballs in fabric! My computer time has been limited this week, so I have yet to peruse all of the creativity posted for Project Life this week. I will be linking up over at The Mom Creative where you can get a glimpse of other Project Life spreads. I encourage you to take a peek, I marvel at all the creativity that people have. Have a great week!
