Spring Break, Day 4

I have been pretty much a homebody this Spring Break, and that's the way I like it! There is still so much to be done here at home, but it will have to wait for a couple of days. Tonight we ventured out. Jason was hosting a beer event at the Perch Pub in Philly featuring a few special barrel aged beers from Old Forge Brewing. What a great night out!We tried some great beers and we a delicious vegan meal. Mark had veggie tacos with fresh salsa verde, guacamole, and no cheese and I had a spring mix salad that was wonderful. The atmosphere was friendly and we met some really neat people. Best of all, we got to spend a bit of time with Jason. Such a terrific evening! Tomorrow we head out early. We are picking Jess up in Brooklyn by 10 and then heading out on the north fork of Long Island. We will start our day at the Greenport Harbor Brewing, at Jessie's request. I can't wait for our little road trip!
