I didn't want to run. Seriously. I didn't get home until after 8 with groceries that needed to be put away and things that needed to be done. But, I turned on my computer and saw this:Well, what could I do? I gobbled down a quick dinner, put the groceries away and dressed for the gym. My goal, an hour of intervals. And I did it.
Let's face it, I am usually pretty good about keeping to my training schedule. Guilt happens to be a powerful motivator. But tonight, I didn't run because I have a race in less than two weeks. I didn't run for myself. Tonight I ran for Boston and for everyone who can't. My thoughts and prayers are with everyone affected by this tragedy.Special thankyou to One More Mile where I was able to copy this image.
