I have always wanted to create a "Back to School Manifesto" so that I enter the school year with intent. Creating a summer manifesto has really helped me to focus myself on those things that I deem most important and it allows me to dismiss situations that serve only to steal my energy.
I am hoping that by creating this manifesto I can reduce the stress and anxiety that I generally experience this time of year. Here's hoping!
Back to School Manifesto
This school year I hope to plan and organize more.
I will wake up earlier so that I can accomplish more with my days.
I will establish a training program that will help me to develop strength but will not overwhelm me.
I will write every day, especially for Project Life.
I will spend time relaxing each evening.
I will find time to explore nature.
I will snuggle with my hubby.
I will giggle.
I will organize my space so that it promotes creativity.
I will finish some lingering home improvement projects.
I will embrace the fall and enjoy my home.
I will express gratitude.
I will make the most of each day.
