And so I begin, another year of Project Life and I still love this project!
My title page for 2014 is not quite finished. Not sure what I want to add, but I know that it is not quite finished.
The first week of 2014 was a really short week, just the first through the 4th.
This year I chose the Midnight version of Project Life as my base kit. I am using a We R Memory Makers 12x12 black leather album to house my project for 2014. I like the cleaness of the black, grey, white and gold. Because this was a short week I was able to incorporate a couple of quote cards in with my journaling. Usually I have too much to say and the week becomes just a bit too full!
Most of this week was spent at home. I only had one day of work, there was a snow day on Friday and then it was the weekend! Woohoo! I am running my weeks this year from Sunday through Saturday, which I think is the way I have organized my Project Life for the last couple of years.
Once Mark fixed my photo printer, I have been a photo printing demon. I am catching up with all kinds of projects and it feels good!
Yup, week one is under my belt! Here's hoping that the rest of the year is as easy to stay on top of!
For more information about Project Life you can check out Becky Higgins site. There are many bloggers who are Project Lifers and I find inspiration in all that I see. A few that really inspire me are Ali Edwards, Cathy Zielske and Elise Blaha. Over at Elle's Studio you can find lots of inspiration as well as cute products to use in your scrapbooking.
