I am loving the low humidity and the opportunity to spend some quality time in the garden each evening. My yard has ben terribly neglected and little by little I am trying to get it cleaned up! Today while I was in the garden I noticed a few more plants had bloomed. I just love perennials!
This beautiful pink artemisia sits right at the beginning of our garden near our front door. I just love the beautiful pink color of the blooms!
Echinacea is one of my favorites and I cannot wait for this plant to fully blossom!
These plants all sit in the same bed, below our finch feeder. The lavender smells delicious and I believe that the finches like it also!
Finally, Mark's lily! I call it "Mark's", because I am not a fan of lilies. I must admit that it produces a ton of gorgeous flowers. The lily sits right in front of the butterfly bush. I think, between the lily, the lavender and the butterfly bush blossoms, the butterflies and bees will be in heaven!
Today I also noticed that the daisies had bloomed and the hydrangea is getting dangerously close to blooming which I don't think its done in two years. Some miracles will never cease to amaze me!
