This is a very busy week in second grade. We celebrate 2 very important days on the second grade calendar, Valentine’s Day and the 100th Day of School. Right in a row, one day after the other.
Unfortunately, I knew it was coming and I didn’t prepare properly. So tonight, I am looking at an empty silicone heart tray, without crayons. Yup, I left the crayons at school. Hopefully tomorrow I will remember them and be able to finish this little treat before Friday.
As for the 100th day, I am thinking that a trip to Lakeshore may be in my future. It probably should have been tonight but Tuesday in Second Grade is exhausting. I came home and promptly fell asleep for three hours. Oh well, tomorrow is another day! I will be in busy teacher mode trying to pull it all together.
