Tuesday In Second Grade

Quiet critters are in production as I post this blog. I am hopeful that the appearance of a cute fuzzy critter on my students’ desks may encourage them to be a little quieter than they are currently. My class is nearly full with 21 second graders and they love to talk! It’s not that talking is bad, not at all. It does get in the way of presenting information and directions to the class as a whole. As I see it, quiet critters are at least worth a try. Anyway, who doesn’t love short fuzzy creatures with multiple, large, googly eyes?
